How long will my order take?

Each piece is handmade with love, so please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be created before it ships.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been posted, delivery times depend on the postal service. I’ll provide tracking details (where available) so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

What if my order is delayed?

Delays can sometimes happen once your package is with the postal service, and unfortunately that part is out of my control. But if you’re worried, please reach out and I’ll do what I can to help.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

What do I need to do if my item is damaged or faulty?

Please contact me as soon as possible with clear photo evidence. The item will need to be returned before I can process your refund.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?

No, as each piece is handmade to order, I’m unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
